I especially like your comment that "writers should make the greatest effort to present what is essentially “true,” regardless of being “right.” I like this because, as you say, being right is in the eye of the beholder. First,...Love this, Leigh - for a couple of reasons. First, I agree wholeheartedly that there's always more than one side to any conflict. Second, I lived in the South for a number of years and love the people, the culture, etc. I get so sick of hearing people blame all the injustice on the world on the prejudices of Southerners.
